Delivery cost
- Within South Africa, we use PostNet to delivery.
- The cost of delivery is calculated basing on the weight of the consignment, as detailed below (average costs):
- Locally (Midrand & Pretoria) – R60 flat rate, but clients may arrange to collect from our office
- Anywhere else within South Africa – R100 flat rate up to 5kg.
- Delivery is free for orders above R700.
- Delivery will be at your nearest PostNet office.
- Door to door delivery may be arranged at a slightly higher cost.
- Internationally, we use DHL Express services if provided a correct address.
- The cost of shipment might slightly vary depending on the final destination.
Delivery timelines
- Domestic Orders (within South Africa) – Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days.
- Delivery with PostNet takes between 3 to 4 working days from the day a parcel is dispatched, exception for far to reach areas which might take up to 6 working days.
- International orders – Delivery takes between 4-5 days from the day we dispatch the parcel.
- We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, for instance lockdowns due to Covid-19 & outbreaks, wars, invalid address, issues at our courier service providers, etc.
Tracking your order
- After processing your order and handed over to our delivery services, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You may use that number to track your order until it is delivered.
- In case of delays or any other problem, directly contact our courier services. Always use the waybill or tracking number.
