- It is in our interest to provide you with products that meet your expectations. Thus, we hope that you will be satisfied with the purchases you make through our online shop.
- In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Send a picture of the goods and proof of purchase to: admin@afrinexgroup.com
- If 7 days have passed since receipt of the goods, a full refund or exchange will not be applicable.
- A refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned will be made if the item is in its original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition as you received it.
- Please note that when you request for an exchange or a refund, you will be liable for the associated courier costs.
- It is advisable to used a courier service with a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned good.
- Once a returned good is received and inspected, we will acknowledge receipt thereof via email. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, from date of receiving a notification.
- Items purchased through promotions cannot be refunded.
